Mid-February 2027: Final day for poster abstracts
Mid-April 2027: Late breaking poster abstracts; regular registration rates close and late registration rates start (will be more costly)

The password to access the Accommodations and Hotel page is provided AFTER you register for the meeting. This information is found in your registration confirmation email.
The reservation and booking of hotel accommodation lies within the sole responsibility of the participants – and neither the local organizers nor the International Society for Serotonin Research can be held responsible for any problems with the reservation or booking of rooms. Also, questions and queries regarding this matter will not be addressed by either the ISSR Leadership or Local Organizing Committee.
Abstract Submissions for Posters or Oral Presentations
Abstracts accepted for short talks will also be programmed as a poster presentation.

Travel Awards for Students and Postdocs
ISSR offers Travel grants to Students and Postdocs to defray some of the costs to attend the biennial meeting. Applicants need to submit an abstract as first author to be eligible for support to attend the meeting. Application Deadline is TBA. Membership in ISSR is encouraged but not required.
Transportation
FLIGHT BOOKING
Calgary is served Calgary International Airport (YYC), with domestic and international connections. The meeting venue is located in downtown Calgary.
Air Canada is the preferred airline for ISSR 2027 and is offering delegates discounted fares for travel to Calgary. Discounts range from 5% to 12% on eligible fares, depending on the route and fare class. The offer applies to travel to Calgary International Airport (YYC) between June 3 and June 20, 2027.
Registered attendees will receive the Air Canada promotion code and booking instructions in their registration confirmation email. Please retain this email for access to the offer.
Bookings must be completed through aircanada.com. Discounts apply to eligible fares before taxes and surcharges and are subject to Air Canada’s fare rules, availability and conditions. Travel originating in Calgary is not eligible for the convention discount.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Airport to downtown
Several transportation options are available between Calgary International Airport and downtown Calgary. Taxis depart from designated stands at the airport, while rideshare services operate from designated pick-up areas. Calgary Transit also provides bus connections to downtown and the CTrain network.

Getting around downtown
The Hyatt Regency Calgary is within walking distance of many downtown destinations and is close to Calgary’s CTrain network. Attendees should consult Calgary Transit for current routes, fares, accessibility information, and service notices.
Parking
Discounted self-parking will be available at the Hyatt Regency Calgary for $25 CAD, subject to availability.
